Champs in Movies

Digby the Biggest Dog in the World

I have never seen this film, and still haven't. I turned TV on for news and just saw the last 10 minutes. An army unit was sent in to deal with Digby and the vehicles were a mixture of Champs, Series One Land Rovers, Humber CT, RLs etc... all in very good and original condition. The soldiers were wearing Wessex Brigade cap badges. The vehicles had 2nd Infantry Division signs [on blue instead of the correct black] and 19 on red unit sign. All the markings are fictitious. The various vehicle registrations were also made up, one Champ had 06 BL ??.

Any idea where these vehicles came from? The Series One Land Rover was a rare SAS model.
